Booking and pricing
AFODA does not display online prices. Every booking is reviewed by our ops team, who quote a flat price by phone. Payment is taken by the driver on the day, in cash or by card.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup window. Inside 24 hours, our team reviews case by case; a cancellation fee may apply if the driver is already in transit.
Customer obligations
- Provide accurate addresses, contact details, and a description of the items.
- Ensure parking access and lift availability where applicable.
- Declare fragile or high-value items in advance.
Driver obligations
Drivers operate as independent partners. AFODA verifies KYC, insurance and vehicle documentation, and reserves the right to suspend any driver at any time.
Liability
All jobs are covered by goods-in-transit insurance up to the limit stated on the booking confirmation. AFODA’s total liability is limited to the agreed price of the booking unless mandated otherwise by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
