How does pricing work?

Tell us the job (online or by phone) and within 1 hour we'll call you back with a fair flat price. You pay the driver on the day — never online, never up front.

Why don't you show prices online?

Every move is different. A flat web calculator usually punishes the customer. We'd rather have a 60-second chat and quote it properly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash or card with the driver on the day. We never ask for card details online and we never take deposits.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup window. Inside 24 hours our ops team reviews case by case — usually it's still fine.

Are your drivers vetted?

Every driver passes ID + right-to-work checks, a DBS background check, vehicle documentation review and insurance verification before taking jobs.

How long does it take from booking to driver assigned?

Most bookings are confirmed within the hour. Once confirmed, you'll get the driver's name and contact details before they set off.

Do you cover outside London?

Yes — we run long-distance jobs UK-wide. Particularly busy on Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Scotland runs.

Can you handle fragile or valuable items?

Yes. Tell us what's going and we'll match you with the right crew and equipment. We carry goods-in-transit insurance on every job.
